Duke’s has been upfront and honest from the get-go. My father recommended them to me after leaving Snyder’s. Snyder’s had falsely reported two different problems on each of my 6-month service checks. When the technician from Duke’s, Brian, came in, I let him look at it without telling him anything Snyder’s said. Surprise! Other than a small clog he fixed, it needed nothing. So, Snyder’s was trying to scam me out of almost $700. My A/C is working just fine. I thanked Brian for his honesty. I explained what had happened. He said, “He was just doing his job!” I highly recommend Duke’s and so does my father.

We can’t recommend Duke’s Air Conditioning highly enough. After years of dealing with a very complex HVAC issue—and having at least 10 other companies fail to provide a solution—we finally found Matt and his team. From the very first interaction, it was clear this was a different kind of company.
Matt and his crew spent the entire day at our home, working well into the evening to make sure everything was done right. Every single team member was incredibly polite, professional, and respectful of our home—wearing shoe covers each time they entered. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about the company’s values.
Even when their first attempt didn’t fully resolve the problem, Matt didn’t walk away or make excuses. He looked us in the eye and said, “We will make it right.” And he meant it. His team went to extraordinary lengths—far beyond what most companies would ever consider—to develop a solution to an extremely challenging issue.
In today’s world, that level of dedication, integrity, and genuine customer care is almost unheard of. Duke’s Air Conditioning didn’t just fix our system—they restored our faith in what great service can look like.

AC stopped working during the night on a Saturday. Sunday morning I called Duke's at 6:40 AM expecting to get an answering machine. Nope, the call was picked up. The gentleman on the phone said someone will be in contact (Renée) at 8 AM. At 7:50 Renée called and said Colin will be there between 11-11:30 AM. At 10:50 Colin called to say he was almost at my house. Colin got to my house at 10:55. Colin had my AC working within 45 minutes. Colin was a complete gentleman and extremely professional. Colin even checked back later to see if everything was OK. You cannot ask for better service anywhere. These people were beyond incredible.
