Went out for no cool. Upon arrival found system low on refrigerant. Suspect leak at evaporator coil unit is 9 years old and may need replacing soon. Recharge unit for now and see how long it last.

I found the drain was missing a p trap outside, I added one and made sure the system would drain properly. Did not find any mechanical failures or electrical failures at this time System is operating properly at this time

Went out for Goodman unit located in the garage. Upon arrival found system shutting off on float switch. Cleared clogged drain line and treated. If problem continues recommend having chemical treatment done system will have to be off for 3 days. Unit is now draining ok. Ok to bill out.

Service call found the system operating properly. I did, however, find that the filter was very dirty. Customer replaced it. And I checked readings for humidity, temperatures differential. With my hygramometer I was reading relative humidity at two different points in the house. At about a 50% humidity, the customer's thermostat was reading 57% Temperature differential was 18 TD blowing out at 55 degrees and thermostat settings to 73 system is operating properly at this time. And draining, well, the only issue I found during this visit was a dirty filter, and nothing else. It is possible that the thermostat also has gone a skew and reading incorrect humidity levels
